OUR EXPERIENCED TEAM

DANIEL LE BEAU

Director

Daniel has spent his entire career working in Real Estate across the Oil & Gas, International Charity and now Commercial sectors. Graduating with honours before joining the BIFM programme working to become a full member in 2010 Daniel also has senior level HSEQ Qualifications giving him a fully rounded perspective of all Management and Operational aspects of Property Management.

In 2012 Daniel was awarded with an FMX award as one of the top 40 Real Estate Managers in the UK under 40 years of age by a panel of his peers.

Daniel is responsible for Lease Management, Service Charge budgeting and strategic portfolio Management for Motes clients.

TRACY DRAKE

Senior Accountant

Tracy brings over 2 decades of accounting experience to the team. Joining us after heading up the Financial accounting division of the Oxleas NHS Foundation for over 15 years, Tracy is an expert in her field. Technical accounting, Year end reporting and Service Charge accounting are among Tracys many skills and with experience in both Private and Public sectors, Tracy’s knowledge, skills and experience are invaluable. Tracy is responsible for all internal, client and service charge accounting for the Mote Portfolio.

AMY SHARPE

Credit controller & Administration

Amy joined in 2022 with a background in credit control and financial management working for some of the most reputable accountancy firms in the UK.

Amy’s experience and personable but focused approach lead her to work collaboratively with clients and tenants to resolve issues and her organisational skills ensure accuracy and timely production of reports and analysis for clients as well as for internal use.

Amy is a vital link between clients and their tenants and is an asset to the team.
